1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MiCoach ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including individual executives, enterprise teams, and organizational accounts.
2. Description of Service
MiCoach is an AI-powered executive communication intelligence platform that analyzes video, audio, and text to provide behavioral insights, DISC profiling, prosody analysis, and strategic communication feedback.
Service Scope:
- • Multimodal communication analysis (video, audio, text)
- • DISC behavioral profiling and stress pattern detection
- • Voice prosody and emotional intelligence analysis
- • Executive summary generation and action item extraction
3. User Responsibilities
Account Security
- • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required and must remain enabled
- • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Content Responsibility
- • You retain ownership of all uploaded communication data
- • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to analyze uploaded content
- • You must comply with all applicable laws regarding recording and consent
- • You must not upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- ✗ Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- ✗ Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract AI models
- ✗ Share account credentials or access with unauthorized third parties
- ✗ Upload content containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- ✗ Use the Platform to harass, discriminate, or harm others
- ✗ Exceed rate limits or attempt to disrupt service availability
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of MiCoach is also governed by our Privacy Policy andSecurity Policy.
Key Data Principles:
- Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of your communication data
- No Training: Your data is NEVER used to train AI models
- Deletion: You can permanently delete data at any time
- Export: You can export all data in standard formats
6. Payment & Subscriptions
Billing
- • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your plan
- • Enterprise plans are billed per custom agreement
- • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
Cancellation
- • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the billing period ends
7. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to communication data you upload. By using MiCoach, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
Our Platform: MiCoach, including all AI models, algorithms, user interface, branding, and analysis methodologies, is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Important Disclaimer:
MiCoach provides communication intelligence and behavioral analysis, but is NOT a substitute for professional coaching, legal advice, medical diagnosis, or psychological counseling.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform. Upon termination:
- • Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked
- • You may export your data within 30 days of termination
- • All data will be permanently deleted after 30 days
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of MiCoach after changes constitutes acceptance.
